This policy explains how Strikepoint handles data collected through public marketing and contact surfaces, including usage, retention, and request channels.
Information We Receive
Public pages may receive standard technical request data, such as IP address, headers, and related request metadata. If you contact us through the published email draft or your own mail client, we will receive the email content and contact details you choose to send.
Authenticated dashboard behavior, event logging, and customer data handling are governed by separate application workflows and agreements.
How Public-Site Information Is Used
We use public-site information to respond to inquiries, operate the site, and improve product communication.
We do not present the public marketing site as a standalone data-collection product.
Retention and Handling
Public-site inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last substantive reply, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer record is required for an active commercial discussion, contract preparation, or legal obligation. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@strikepoint.tech with the subject "Privacy Request".
